Is that tuna you add in between duck and jam? ... not sure if I'd like that... Also I'd probably 5 spice the duck and use hoisin and spring onions... but that's probably just because I really like peking duck 😄 Looks good... I just can't figure out what that middle layer is... could look like canned tuna or some sort of liver paté. Edit: ah it is liver paté... shorts don't show descriptions on my phone.
