Youre not supposed to wash all the soap off the cloth. Soap it up to a lather so you have the soap on your face 🙄 you have washed all the soap away. I can take ALL my make up with one wipe. Terrible review. Why not practice with your product first b4 filming. 🙈🙄

Love this review, there are not many on the elf foundation, it's soo good if you're on a budget! My skin is also dry but if you use a hydrating primer you're good to go 😘
