"Like a trash can!" hehe I don't know where I can get one for $139.

For what it is you can’t beat the deal. The bronco smoker/grill will stand up to any grill or smoker out there that cost a heck of a lot more. I love mine we smoke salmon with it for last thanksgiving and it was gone within 5min.
@davis38832 жыл бұрын
It is one of my favorite smokers. I love the way it holds temperatures for so long.

You got one hell of a deal! But is that the larger Bronco or smaller one? I got mine from Home Depot and let's just say way over what you paid for it.
@davis38832 жыл бұрын
This is not the Pro, but it is usually $299. It was on super clearance when I bought it.
@mohsenraghian2102 жыл бұрын
@@davis3883 Ah, that explains why. I got the "Pro" over 7 months ago, and today, for the first time just coming around to do a burn out on it first and then smoke a port shoulder which has been marinating in the refrigerator for 24 hours. BTW, when you smoke, do you set up your charcoals nice an tidy in a row leaning against each other and then a second row on top? From what I have seen on youtube if you set them up neatly, they will give you over 12 hours of burn time? Just inteerested to know if you have had exprience with that. What setting do you set your air intake and air outake at when smoking?
@davis38832 жыл бұрын
I personally use lump charcoal and add a few chunks of whatever smoke flavor I want on the meat. With a full basket of lump I have cooked for 9 hours at 250°
@mohsenraghian2102 жыл бұрын
@@davis3883 Well, I had to add some lump charcoal to get the temp up higher. Thanks.

@davis38832 жыл бұрын
Yes sir, it is best to burn them hot to burn off any "stuff" used in production and then coat it in a layer of oil and let it run for a 1-2 hours, before you actually cook in it.

@davis38833 жыл бұрын
I don't use a lot of rubs together. Usually only 2. I like a good balance of flavors, but I think you can do too much and over do it. Just my opinion.

PorkNBeans, its happened to me as well. I used a rag to wipe it off and it had a dusty brown color to them. So i just washed them. Havent had that issue after the initial burn off. Maybe a factory oil?
