sanding the wall before painting would have helped since there was already paint on it or it could be bc the wall was greasy dirty or dusty before painting or simply the wrong paint

Could it also be that the paint is oil? And how do you even sand the cement walls

@@PS9to5it could be because of the paint being made with oil but you should do a test or look up what type of paint to use on a concrete wall but seeing how our walls in my school were like those usually they’re very smooth wall’s I would say you most likely just need sanding which for concrete you would need sanding paper with grit between 80 and to 120 and you’d need a rotary machine.

The racing for ALS thing is so dope. My mom passed away almost 2 years ago from ALS. It’s a terrible disease and I’m glad there’s something awesome like a racing organization for it. I’d love to work for something like that it would be so cool.
