If you set the speed to 1.2x, it's the afternoon news program theme song on the People's Television Network in the late 90s. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

The music is Aaron Copland's "Fanfare for the Common Man." Yes, spectacular!

This makes me so emotional. I was born in '76 and remember watching those '83 and '84 Daytona and Talladega races live as they happened with my Dad. He was a huge Cale Yarborough fan and remember him getting so excited when Cale won the 83 and 84 500. So hard to believe that was 40 years ago, and we just lost Cale.

Never got the deal of the 6.05 time start but loved World Championship Wrestling. I once met Ted Turner up in our Superboxes at The Phillies at Vet Stadium and asked Ted the time thing and he said to be honest with you I don't know buddy. So how did this start.
@jackrucker5049 Жыл бұрын
Yep, we all loved Smokey and the Bandit and The actors and stuntmen that worked on that project. Lot of connection to our southern roots, but for those of us from Atlanta that grew up at Lakewood Speedway and going to to Southeastern Fair this was heartbreaking. Like loosing a member of the family. Yes it was a death trap. I rode in the early 70’s and it was pretty much suffering from dry rot and neglect. Lot of great memories at Lakewood.
