why didn't you peel the plastic off, and why is it in two different cases, personaly I think think the coolermaster Q300L is a great case (I use it for my current system). also ngl building a pc at the price point with an intel cpu seems kinda wack to me amd cpu's at the price point have way better price to performance. if you got a good deal on like a used cpu and/or motherboard though I guess that makes sense. one more thing which radeon card is that, just curious.

Your RX 6400 is in big bottleneck and wouldn't even fully utilized on that motherboard and that quad core i5 3570 could actually utilize the GPU, it's just that the bandwidth between these two are lacking (in my opinion) The rx6400 only uses 4lanes of PCIe4.0 Which supports 16GTs of bandwidth 4x16= 64GTs It can run on older PCIe 3.0 and 2.0 but these have bandwidth twice as small as PCIe 4.0 Bandwidth between PCIe 2.0 and 3.0 isn't really that far away, 2.0 - 5GTs, 3.0 - 8GTs and that's why some people say it's okay to put a PCIe 3.0 gpu on a PCIe 2.0 and wouldn't notice any difference at all Since you installed that thing on a PCIe 3.0 or a 2.0 (idk what your motherboard has) Then your RX6400 will only utilitize: 5GT/s x 4lanes = 20GTs - Loss 44GTs Or 8GT/s x 4lanes = 32GTs - loss 32GTs I recommend atleast a GPU that uses 16x lanes like the Nvidia GTX 1050ti 4gb or an alternative gtx 1650 which is actually faster than rx6400 because it uses PCIe3.0 16x lanes = 128GTs but might be expensive Or buy a new motherboard that supports PCIe 4.0

This is the card I use on my other rig, runs doom eternal at a rock solid 85 fps at 1280x1024/85hz on ultra settings. But it's hooked up to a Dell E770s VGA CRT from 2000... 😂 But I also have it hooked up to a PCIE gen 4 mobo with an Intel 12400f with 32gb of RAM.. 😅
