So, the way I see it (and yes, I have been following these updates, as well as my own models), is that Steve and the team have not yet gotten it "wrong". There was a decline at exactly the time predicted by the cycle analysis (tick). Yes, there was a large rally with the election that is a continuation of the up trend, but that was very early in November, and as I write this, it is only November 10th. So, if it happens that we have just hit a top late cycle, then there is still time for the period of risk to play out. Also, large corrections can happen much more quickly than large movements to the upside. So, let's give it another week at least!

"catastrophic weakness is coming soon" suddenly becomes "weakness came and went as we predicted". It's clear that the current upmove is contradicting the time cycles below. It's fine, just accept it. Hi Slim. Timing for 180 day cycle was quite good, however the down move was very limited (in by calculations 180 corective period has ended). When we consider 30 day cycle, then next bottom is somewhere in a first week of December. Ok, but what about NVIDIA. It has 90 day cycle bottom somewhere in mid Novemeber. So SP500 could have some small drop.

5 month cycle Jan lower than December. June lower than Jan Just play it forward Oct-March-August-Jan-June. Go from low of bear Oct-March (last year had a bigger correction reset 5 month cycle. June low of next year end we go up 2026 problems.

... imo the only learning here is that no one, no matter how "experienced" should be convinced of a particular outcome among several. Sure, it's fine to point them all out, but to put heavy emphasis on one is asking for trouble especially ahead of binary events. Personally, never been convinced of static cycles and certainly wouldn't pay for any.

The cycle analysis he shares are great to leverage as a purely a data point in the broader narrative. I use Slim's cycles mainly to understand when the "Periods of Risk" are so I know when to lighten up but I would never load the boat on the actual projections which he always says are highest probability. The market will do what it wants to do
