I have never eaten a medium rare beef steak in my life only well done pig steaks that i admit do not eat often at most like 2 times per year it seems we do not eat beef steak

Welp, I do reckon that I’ll never be friends with Hank Hill, as I ONLY take and eat my steaks and beefs Well Done, and I will accept nothing less than that! Not sure why some folks seem to have sticks up their butts on the matter, as who cares how good it’s prepared as long as you enjoy it?

mid rare's very good but still slightly overcooked. rare is where it's at. blue has a gooey texture that's hard to chew and anything more than mid rare is way overdone
