You can use Wong against Aarkus, and I the onslaught will work against her. you can use Doctor Doom against both defender, against Vision Arkus when you use SP3 you will be special locked for 3 seconds I think. You can use only SP1 and sp2 rotation instead of SP3 rotation.

I just did it and it works, you just have to make sure to never dodge her or intercept an attack. Just be cautious with heavies and only throw them after she's already missed you. Hope this helped.
