I had terrible yips, my god they're an awful feeling, two footers were becoming impossible. This was like an immediate fix, I did not believe it would work for a second and then they were fixed in a second. Thanks a million for the video

You're doing great and having fun which is likely the point if you are 12 and hoping to become the world's greatest guitarist there'd be different goals in mind but your goal is to have some fun learn something and maybe sing around to fire or at a bar or at the very least not have somebody laugh at you if you pull it out most of us guitarists understand that entirely I'm going to paraphrase but Justin said once upon a Time that you should have three different songs that you're trying to learn generally I remember one was your level song and one was a project song that may be way out of your reach but you noodle on it and work on it in between all the other songs you're playing I forget what the third one was but stretching beyond your reach is how you reach gets better if I could offer any advice I would say start finding songs with slightly unusual strumming patterns to give your right hand some more accent and character but keep on trucking and keep on enjoying it that's the whole point Good for you

I shaved my head bald because I was bored one day, and I’m still shaving it bald ever since. Ended up getting one of those skull shavers for quick mornings or if I don’t feel like using shaving cream/razor. Idk just something about it. My hair was always heavy and thick and most days I hated it. I hate hair on my sides. I use to shave that and have a slick back hair style and I was like F it and just shaved it all off. I like it my wife loves it and feels great.

I get the whole barefoot thing, but I think for running, wearing some tall, cushy shoes is not the worst thing. Sure we didn't evolve wearing modern shoes, but we also didn't evolve running marathons on tarmac. So props to you for running 4:01 in barefoot shoes. I think my feet are relatively healthy and strong for a regular shoe wearer, but I know my feet would be in agony past 10km without some foam underneath my feet. I'll be keeping some of this advice in mind. I'm running my first marathon in Belfast next May, hoping to sub-4. My half-marathon is at ~2:05 right now, so with a full training block, a hope and a dream, I hope I can get sub-4 for the full thing.

Liam: "THIS is what golf's all about". Yes sir. When I can feel that salty air, smell, hear and see the sea from a golf course, honestly, it feels like heaven. Not only that, listen to those birds tweeting!

Thanks to Liam for allowing this solid gold to be shared ! Coaching historically has broken the swing into pieces that you're supposed to put together, THIS moving and 'feel based' method is streets ahead.

Go to say Liam has explained the swing better than anyone ive ever heard. Totally clear, completely makes sense. Now that the weather is changing my winter training is sorted and i can do it in the back garden.

I hope you have a lot of money. Once you start going down this road to the golf swing, you will be taking lessons for the rest of your life and you’ll never really get it right. Trust me.

Very Good for a year in at that time 4 years ago =). I'm 10 months into my guitar journey. I got the scales, and open chords and backing tracks down. Now I'm starting songs. Seems to me that would be a disappointing spot for me, because you really see how much you don't know. I'm pressing forward any how. We all got to start somewhere.

The swing matters if you want to keep your spine healthy. I see many pros dealing with "broken backs" because of the torque on their body. And as one gets older, it matters more. At my age everything has more impact on my muscles than in my youth. I think the stack and tilt swing, while it may not look cool, is more back friendly. And besides that, I don't try to hit the ball 300 yards. I never could! Golf also has an impact on my trail shoulder that I didn't notice in my youth. Cheers.
