I personally prefer Ibn Uthaymeen over Saleh Al fawzan as ibn uthaymeen does clarify more then Al fawzan but both are major scholars of our time

Like,, one build house that is too beautiful but it is so much expensive in cost... This type of beautification is not intended... If you have wealth,, use it but in a moderate way... Assalamu Alikum... What sheikh fawzan hafizullah said,, it is obviously right... Allah said in the quran,, Allah is noor/ light of the heavens & the earth.. ( surah noor -) Here,,in tafsir ibn kathir,, ibn abbas said that,,,here noor means guidance.... In tafsir sadi,,, noor means Allah is noor & another meaning he said,,, what Allah guides us by his words ( al quran) ,, by guidance placing in the prophet muhammad sallallahu alahiwas sallam & the believers heart..... So,,giving guidance to slave by way of changing the heart is the attributes of Allah... Because,, our heart is between two fingers of Allah... Here,, this is the action of Allah... & it is not created.... But,,by this,,, what we do,, from Allah's guidance -- such as righteous work,, righteous act of worship... That is created... It is the effect of Allah's uncreated action... & effect is created.... Same thing,, apply to this matter.... Iman related to Allah's action uncreated.. Iman related to our action which is the effect of Allah's action is created..... I think,,, we should seek help from Allah before labeling a person false... That should be done with knowledge... Second,,sheikh fawzan hafizullah is not like the one who is hasty to give such fatawa where it is related to iman.... He is knowledgeable as per his age...i Don't praise him more than Allah... Indeed,, All praise is to Allah... But,, you can not come into conclusion of any matter unless you analyse other things with it....

The concern with the tawhid of hakimiyyah and singling it with mention did not exist except in the last centuries, it being the thirteenth-century hijri. It was only singled out when man-made laws were established; thus some spoke about it and that rule belongs solely to Allah, even though its beginnings appeared in the time of ibn Taymiyyah and ibn Kathir regarding the Yasiq of the Tatar. We say here that there are some who have a particular position concerning whoever speaks about the tawhid of hakimiyyah based on criticism of a particular movement (the Sahwah movement) or based on specific occurrences, none of which is based on looking at the issue from a scientific lens. Thus verdicts were passed declaring whoever singles out hakimiyyah as a type of tawhid as an innovator. But the correct view is that there isn’t an issue adding the tawhid of hakimiyyah. It’s not said he is an innovator and declaring him one for this is a mistake. There are those who divided tawhid into two categories, then came those who divided it into three; he would be an innovator according to that view. There are also some people of knowledge that divided tawhid into five categories, adding the tawhid of following. Is he an innovator as well? The rule (qa’idah) is that there is no problem with terminology if it is correct. If reality requires highlighting and paying attention to a certain tawhid and making it an independent category, even if it is within the categories before it, there is no objection; and there are many parallels for that. Hakimiyyah enters into the tawhid of asma and sifat, based on the name al-Hakam as in the hadith: “Verily, Allah is the judge and the rule belongs to Him.” And it is based on the effects, i.e., one of the meanings of rububiyyah: the act of ordering and forbidding. Where is the bid’ah in that? The one who declared another an innovator for this is either a mistaken mujtahid, and this is said about those known for being honest, or a misguided jahil or one trying to patch up rulers that substituted the law of Allah and a trumpet for them. We say here as well that from the people of knowledge are those that made the conditions of ‘la ilaha illallah’ to be seven. While some of them extracted eight and mentioned the condition of kufr in the taghut, although it is present within the seven conditions. However, due to its importance, it was separated from the condition of love and made independent. Are they innovators? Similar to this is the issue of iman. Some of the Salaf made it two statements: statements (qawl) and action (‘amal). But when people of innovation appeared and began to speak, some of them said it is: qawl, ‘amal, and belief (i’tiqad). And when the Murjiah spoke concerning action, the Salaf said iman is: i’tiqad, qawl, and acting on the pillars (‘amal bil-arkan). Thus they included the word ‘arkan’ to clarify. And some made it: qawl, ‘amal, i’tiqad, and intention (niyyah). And some of included: following (itba’). All of the foregone is correct. Each that required clarification or importance the Salaf increased by that amount. They are not invented additions, as they were present and contained in the speech of those who preceded in general. These were their statements concerning this affair: Imam Abu Haneefah said: "We affirm that the Quran is the speech of Allah, the most high, uncreated, and [that it is] His revelation and attribute" He also said: "So whoever says that the speech of Allah is created, then he is a disbeliever in Allah, the Great" Imam Malik said: "The Quran is the speech of Allah, and the speech of Allah is from Allah, and there is nothing from Allah that is created" He also said about the one who says it is created: "He should be pained by hitting, and should be imprisoned for life" Imam Shafi'i said: "The Quran is the speech of Allah uncreated, and whoever says "it is created" then he is a disbeliever" Imam Ahmad said, when asked if the Quran is created: "Whoever claims that the knowledge of Allah and His names are created has disbelieved. Allah, the most high, says: "So whoever argues with you about him [Jesus, peace be upon him] after what has come to you of knowledge..." is it (this knowledge of Allah) not the Quran? So whoever claims that the knowledge of Allah and His names and His attributes are created then he is a disbeliever and there is no doubt about this" These are the four imams that the Muslims have united upon following, revering, and respecting, and these were their statements. Imam Ahmad was beaten, imprisoned, and nearly executed in defense of this position. This is the Islam that would have been recognizable to the early generations - we should follow them, and not be carried away by emotions and new movements that give no attention to aqeedah and see these as trivial matters.

How to purify our soul. How to raise Muslims as the best of the people with best behaviour. How to pray Mindfully. These are the things we should talk about to be a better Muslim.

If you don't recognize that it matters, then you have been sufficed by the scholars who know the Quran and Sunnah better than us, and I shared some of the statements of the well-known imams with you on just one matter from the matters of aeedah. The affair of correct belief is the foundation upon which everything else is built. When your aqeedah is that you are reading the actual speech of the Lord of everything, your connection with it will be different than if you regard it as a mere created representation of something in Heaven, as some people claim. If you know you are standing in prayer before a Lord who has the attributes of perfection and completeness, who is the only one who you seek assistance and aid from, who you will stand before on the Day of Resurrection and be held to account, and whom you hope to see in the paradise He has prepared for His righteous servants, your prayer will be very different than the one who denies that Allah has names or attributes and rejects that Allah will be seen and many other affairs that have been denied by people upon innovation. And so on with every other matter.
