Hi! This particular trailer is rated to hold 6000 lbs. distributed load with an option to upgrade to 10000 lbs. Dimensions are determined by the customer. Thanks.

Hi Kyler, our wagons train perfectly in line meaning the last wagon in the train follows the same path as the first one!

What is the steering geometry like? mainly how did you (or did you) account for the larger arc the outer wheels make when turning. Is there built in steering ackerman? Do the front wheels turn the same amount as the rear? I’m intrigued

Hi Trevor! Thanks for your comment! The front wheels do indeed turn the same amount as the rear creating perfect tracking when pulling wagons in a train. if you know anything about akermans then you should know that there is no way to get the wheels to follow the desired arc when being pulled along via a drawbar... especially if its 4WS as well. those wheels do not follow arcs dictated by the towball and drawbar and towing vehicle. can see it in the brief short from overhead. srubs, trailers dont follow the actual line, and get yanked sideways. gotta be good for tyres or the drive surface after a few days in the rain, when its actually loaded up... note they mostly TALK rather than SHOW? especially reversing? if kingpin steering worked, then why dont semi trailers use it? you only see it on nursery trailers where they can get away with it...

O.K. I see how to dismantle it for storing. But, how do I change/adjust the shelves on one that is assembled? For example, I have 4 shelves. They are loaded with plants, but the plants on shelf 3 are getting too tall, and the plants on shelf 2 have lots of room. So I would like to lower shelf 3 a couple of notches without having to remove the entire cartload, disassemble, and reassemble it! Sure, I need to take the plants off shelf 3 first....but then what? I can't get the shelf out of the slots.

Hi there, thank you for your comment. I understand your situation. If you go to the 0.24 sec mark of the video you can see that Pedro lifts the shelf, moves it to the side and tilts the shelf up on one side to remove it. It does require some clearance to remove it easily. If your cart is under load a lot and you need to adjust the shelf levels you might be better suited for our 21" x 59" cart where the shelves slide in from the side. @@Wellmaster1987 LOL! Now I feel foolish! I wrestled with a cart like that, pushing and pulling the shelf and it kept binding. I thought "there has to be a way to do this". Changed a shelf in seconds after your comment. Thanks! Also, sawy your video on the side slides...NICE!
