Ok, I figured out how to go back up. In my haste I didn't realize that there were elevators. Thanks to your video I was not stuck at the idea that it can be reached from another entrance. Thank you very much and nice video.

If low on shadow magic a regular earthquake punch works too, just stand on the switch it and hit L2 and Triangle, there's no need to hold Triangle to power it up. 👍👍

Thanx @TheUncleRuckus, that's useful info since the shadow magic earthquake punch drains a lot of shadow magic....I guess I just got use to powering up the regular earthquake punch because its so satisfying 🙂🙂

At the start of each round, ensure that you throw back the first egg as early as possible, and you need to buffer the commands for throwing the eggs back when Malphas is stunned and camera zooms in on her.....You can read the hint in my description for more details on how to achieve this.

I feel like the game in its entirety wasn't all that bad, this is just one of those levels/parts where majority of gamers just wanted to get it over and done with. Its a bit similar to Dark Souls 1, the area with no clear path right before the final encounter with Seath the Scaleless or the tomb of the giants area before your fight with Gravelord Nito.

Zobek is such an underrated antagonist. Honestly love Lords of Shadow more than the mainline castlevania.

I completely agree, Zobek is hands down the most astute and powerful antagonists in the lords of shadow entries, I especially enjoyed the scene where he says: " Let us remove... our masks " ; a true mastermind.

Definitely one of the hardest trials in the game. Getting the monstrosity into position can be very challenging, especially without shadow magic and the double jump ability.

Yeah this trials a bit tricky, but I found that taking a hit whilst webbed up seems to get you poisoned almost every time....Give it a try 👍👍

This trial is some bs. The camera is the biggest enemy in the game. Then that fat fuck at the end kept blocking the track for the statue. Got it with 6 on the clock though after many tries.

I remember doing this years ago on an alternate profile and I don't remember it being nearly as annoying as it this time around lol. What makes this so damn annoying (and I say annoying because the trial itself is not really difficult in and of itself) is you only get so many lychans to complete the challenge before you fail and you completely have to restart the chapter. They die easily and when you actually want to get the spider to poison you, it never does. Like it KNOWS.

IKR....u can only afford to miss/waste 1 enemy in this trial as there are exactly 11 enemies, 8 lycans plus the 3 spiders encountered. It is also possible to retry trial by restarting from last checkpoint, to do this allow the second spider(the 1 with lycans) to poison you, then finish off the lycans & do not kill the spider. Cross the gap/corridor to the left that leads to the health font to trigger an auto-save, then restart from last checkpoint and backtrack to the spider and lycans and repeat the process. If you missed any lycans, trigger another auto-save by using a different gap/corridor like the one leading to the third spider.

@@thelastpursuer I think whenever you grab a key, it'll sometimes reset the enemies if you reset the checkpoint. I just did the trial this way. Anyways great channel. I absolutely love the LoS series and I'm always happy to see someone else still providing content for it, even though Konami and Mercurysteam have moved on.

You need a different weapon obtained in Area 14, but first need to reach Area 15. The red glow indicates that its inaccessible, after obtaining your new weapon use grab to grip to that point...Hope this helps without spoiling too much.
