The season before, I always worked Thursday nights and my husband commandeered the VCR (remember those?) to record one motorsports event while watching another, so I only recently got caught up in the LUBY videos (and the Neela unlucky in love) and man, Luka cherishes Abby with all his heart. This is evidence of how much he would do to make her happy - because she makes HIM happy. He surely has told her that he never thought that would happen after losing his family in Croatia

Abby was terrified because of how much she loves Luka. Joe intensified her love for his father. She hadn’t felt that before. She said before she wanted this so much but it scared the hell out of her. Luka was saying exactly how I’ve known he’s always felt about Abby, how deeply and How much he’s in love with her. He knows the person she is and wants all of her. Abby was trying so hard not to be impressed but she was. My heart melted when Luka said how deeply they’re meant to be together❤️

I was watching this scene again and one of the cutest moments of this is when Abby went into changing room and Luka stuck his head in the curtain and she yanked him in, he had the biggest smile on his face 😂 I see why he loved her so much, she’s really funny with her own brand of charm of personality.

Oh so sexy Luby. I had been waiting such a long time for Luka to make his feelings known to Abby again. Every single woman he bedded after their first break up including Sam was a temporary replacement for Abby. He did some serious pining and I was beyond grateful Carter was long gone because his interfering in Luby first time really got on my nerves. Luby was so happy second time around.

I’m glad Carter wasn’t there. This was Luka and Abby’s special day and he wasn’t needed there. When he left Chicago in season 11, I’m glad Luka and Abby didn’t see him again. That chapter was over. It became all about them and their son.

Luka knows Abby well. She’s just being stubborn because of fear. He did it quickly so she wouldn’t have to. He levels Abby out. It’s why they work so well together. The love is so strong.

This is one of the few reasons I can’t stand Abby!! I mean come on she was acting like a total child! Every since she found out she was pregnant with Joe she was dragging her feet with everything between her & Luka. She didn’t want to get married but then was living together with him as a family. Then she begs Luka to propose to her again but then gets mad when he plans the wedding... he knew she wasn’t gonna do anything. This reminds me why Carter dumped her!

Carter dumped her because he realized she will never live up to his expectations. Luka knows Abby well and accepts her for her flaws and all. Luka has always been better for her. Abby dragged her feet on things because she’s had a really hard life and is scared of getting hurt again and if you’ve paid attention to her whole story she’s been hurt a lot through her whole childhood. Luka always knew what Abby needed and gave it to her he didn’t have expectations on her like carter did

I’m saying that she could have shown a little appreciation toward Luka for planning the whole wedding when it was her who begged him to propose to her again. Except she turned it around on Luka a made him the bad guy. She was acting very childish here…

@@brinkgrl Abby appreciated Luka greatly. Her being stubborn was because she’s scared even Luka knew that. She didn’t want her second marriage to be for the sake of just getting married. Luka was right to do this. He leveled her out when she’s kooky. However after the Ames situation it made her realize she wanted to marry Luka. She just doesn’t do well with change and he’s persistent because it’s what she needs . It’s why they’re a good match.
