she does not at all show the total lack of good management at most Chinese schools, and their latent, many times overt, hatred/racism towards western people...but she is asian Canadian, so likely didn't face the racism

China is big. Many places are good for people over 40… and this is a English tuition school not the normal primary school

Is there any specific websites/contacts that are here on the web where I can find a job teaching English in China without a degree. I have my heart set on moving to China but every job I see advertised requires a Bachelors Degree and I don't have that, Any help/advice would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately, a Bachelor's Degree is the minimum requirement for the obtaining of an E-2 Visa, which you would need to legally work in China.

I worked at Hefei a few years ago and experienced ,extreme forms if discrimination. I was threatend by an induvidual working at then school 1. The same individual laterturned out was collecting Nazi flags. In China of all places. I am glad I left.

It is not education first its drugs first. This organisation has a huge problem with drugs especially in Shanghai
