Yo I felt this deep in my soul man! 😭 My friends that were waiting with me are either married or no longer virgins. But I’m holding on. I was recently blessed with an amazing youth group at a small church so I don’t feel so lonely anymore. The Holy Spirit really helps so much and I believe God has a special person for me too.

People feel uncomfortable among those who manage to observe these highly placed virtues, behaviors or habits, because it judges them. It's feels so lonely. Don't people see that apart from relating these to Jesus it really makes life easy, Takes so much risk away in life so that in the end it benefits you first before Jesus. So if we assume Jesus is not true so what? It's a win, win situation. This is why Jesus encourages you to do so in the first place. It's supernatural to have this discipline of self. Thank you so much.

Thankyou for your transparency, I appreciate this video !! So it doesn’t say masterbation in the Bible specifically but Masterbation is apart of sexual immorality. It provokes lust and spikes sexual appetite. Like you said it opens up the door to the devil to cause lust to really stir up in a person. Masterbation isn’t living in purity how God desires us to. Paul tells us to flee from sexual immorality because it’s a sin against your own body! It’s best to work to stay pure, mind and body. I know it’s hard but the reward will be worth it and having control of sexual urges is definitely an awesome feeling and it allows you to think clearly about relationships!! 😇

It’s inspiring to see a black woman in the position of a school psychologist! What other career advancement does a career in school psychology offer? Are you able to pursue private practice as a school psychologist? Can you provide private practice counseling services with a masters in school psychology?
@singlechronicles7
@singlechronicles7 Жыл бұрын
Thank you! Unfortunately no. The degree can only be used to practice in the school system but do your research. You never know. Colleagues have told me that there are positions within the state in which you can work even if you just have the school psych degree. Maybe in some states you can practice outside of the school system with just a psych degree. From what I know, The only advancement is moving up to be a supervisor of the school psych department. For private practice, you would have to get certification (don’t necessarily have to go for another degree). You can get the certification as a mental health counselor, LMFT, etc. it’s all dependent on what you want to practice outside of the school system. … Keep in mind that this is just my knowledge. Researching will give you a more concrete and guided answer. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing this word! Definitely very edifying, and I agree with everything you said. People are going to say what they want to say concerning your life but people are not GOD, and what GOD has for you is for you! Never compromise the calling on your life for others opinions or even your own desires. By the way, GOD bless you for what you do, it's not easy being a teacher but it's such an important job in society because you're the one preparing students for their lives ahead. I pray for whatever plan that GOD has for your life in this season, to come to pass, I pray that HE'll uphold you with HIS righteousness right hand and may HE provide you with HIS peace that surpasses all understanding.

I like to learn about the field of school psychology 🙏🏻 thank you for the informative video . If you have to test a student who exhibit dangerous behaviors such as throwing sharp objects , how should the testing be done ? 🙏🏻 thank you so much for advise
@singlechronicles7
@singlechronicles7 Жыл бұрын
That’s something you would have to talk to your supervisor about and get guidance there. For me personally, I would not test the student because now my safety is at risk. I would also document as much as possible each time you try to take the student to test and the throwing happens. If you must test the student and there’s no way around it, have another adult sit with you in the room or use a token system to get the student to stop throwing things at least for the duration of the testing.

Thank you for this! I loved how you talked about the "positioning yourself to be found" perspective. I struggle with that, and often times I feel guilty for not going out as much. With those thoughts I think that maybe that's why I'm still single. But I totally understand where you are coming from. I'm a homebody and choose not to go to certain events just to be found. My perspective right now is to enjoy life, do things that I want to do, and hopefully be found in that manner. I just don't want to force myself to do something that others think I should do.

California starts at around $85,000 or so. So the pandemic has twisted things and I feel bad for the new peeps. It hasn’t been this bad….I’m 11 years in- seriously these last two years have been abnormal. Specially with the people shortage. Ugh. And the emotional crisis in our kids ….its been so difficult. Behavioral difficulties are definitely very high. And the teachers are sooo burned out and overwhelmed. All to say, yes, education is definitely going through a rough patch right now…the nice part is hearing other school psychs talk about their experiences where they are…I’m glad I’m not alone. 😢❤

Thank you for sharing! I started my career the year the pandemic happened so I will never have that experience of “normalcy” pre-pandemic 😩. But like you said, prior to the pandemic, things were fine. The pandemic really impacted so many jobs in a way that is forcing people to quit or go into early retirement.

I'm 30 never had a girlfriend. I have a few reasons why some men never ask out woman even if they really want to. 1st if I see a gorgeous woman, I automatically think she has a boyfriend since she is so beautiful and cannot possibly be single. 2nd, the man could be suffering from low confidence or bad self-image. I always think that I'm not worthy of a women's love or I think I have nothing to offer her in a relationship. 3rd, most men have no idea when it is appropriate to ask out a woman. I mean if she is working on the job you don't want to bother her by hitting on her when she's working. Thats why a lot of people turn to online dating. At lease the man knows that women are looking to date men on there. I know online dating feels cheap and most young people don't want to do it, but I fear that's just the way of the future.
