First get checked wires from the outside market by an electrical engineer. Something this issue resolved to replace VGA wires which are used for camera connection.

Only one reason of it. Either camera attachment or camera is not supporting. I was facing the same problem in baleno ,dzire and alto . Finally solved . If the ruler line is showing it means attachment is ok , you need to change the camera. Special note please change the camera brand.. like from worldtech to jvl, hypersonic etc.

We have the worst service centre. They have become too commercial that they don't even provide drinking water in service centre. When we go for servicing we have to stand since there is no place to sit. Toyota Adampool service centre, Gangtok
