All you need to be concerned about is that label get the same model number make sure all specs on label are the same

In some cases that is correct. Some motors don't have a label and others have been discontinued. You would need then need the current compatible motor. We can help there.

Have a dual power recliner. Headrests power works but my recliner button will sometimes work and sometimes stays on the reclined position. Then it will work normal again. Not sure if it’s the switch or motor?

It could be the lumbar motor or a cable to the lumbar motor.

Can you please confirm if the these three cutout Shoulder Zoned Dough pillows you touched- the CBD version, the Bamboo Charcoal next to it on the left, and the Lavender one- do they feel all the same in terms of softness/sinking in? I have tried the CBD one but not the other two and I’m wondering if they all have the same softness feel to them since they are all Zoned Dough with the shoulder cutout. Thank you!

right now i'm strongly considering the roscoe beast recliner, but this is a similar chair for around the same price. i wish these chairs were in a nearby store so i could try them out, it kinda sucks to spend $1100+ on a chair you might not like the feel of.

Would the plush or plush pillow top for someone that sleeps on the side and sometimes back that is bony ;under 100 pounds but also does not want to sink too deep into the mattress? I am leaning toward the plush and maybe putting a topper over it if I need more softness .Also plan to use with an adjustable base. Thanks

In your case the plush would work. As a lighter person, you are not going to sink into the mattress that much. You could go with a pillowtop because you are not going to sink and it would feel great. If you are okay going with a topper on the plush, that is a safe bet if it is not soft enough.

Check underneath. We usually ship them with a wire or zip tie on the mechanism to keep it closed in transportation. Once you remove that it will allow you to recline freely.

My head rest will go forward but not back gets stuck in 90 degree position. feet work fine do you think bad motor? or default cord to head rest motor?

Can you push the headrest back in and have it go back? Most headrest retract with a spring an not the motor. If you can't push it back, then the motor is bad. We can help you get a new one. Call us at 801 609 3220

The junction box is in the middle of the backrest. Once you pull up the back, you will see it strapped right in the middle. It is pretty big.

Im looking to purchase the non-lift version. But I'm stuck between the river rock and the peacock. I havent seen either of these fabrics in person, only the mineral. Do you feel like the peacock shows more of a green like it looks in pictures, or a true teal? Also, is the river rock textured?

Great video along with your others on pump and actuator troubleshooting and replacement. I have a more in depth inquiry that may be really above and beyond, so to speak. My wife and I just purchased a couple of Southern Motion chairs locally with the SoCozi features and, being older, have issues with the massage pressure being too harsh for us. We asked the seller who reached out to Southern Motion and were told no adjustment was possible. I think there have to be some sort of pump actuator limit switches in this system and am wondering if you are familiar with the inner workings and if they could be either adjusted or even swapped out for ones with lower settings or adjustable ones similar to straight massage chairs? Thank you so much in advance for your response. Also, not sure if it is helpful but your video tag above has a typo for Socozi.

Unfortunately, you can't do what you are wanting. The mechanism works together and you have to have a totally different mechanism to do what you are wanting.
