The cashless BT phone boxes are now free to use to call UK landlines and UK mobiles, I’m also on BT’s back to keep all of them in decent working order, if you have any issues with a particular phone box, let me know the location and number and I will have it sorted. 65,000 calls are made through them each day totalling 4 million minutes each year, so they are still used, also many of them contain small cells used to boost mobile coverage. Calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free to call but they earn BT a whopping 70p per minute which goes to the upkeep and can prevent removal of them, so if you need to call a freephone number use the BT phone box!

After seeing the piece in tv, CaVCA kindly offered to help. They adopted the box so that a community defibrillator to be installed, funded by The Plough village pub .

I hope that it grows by inviting Krampus and Perchten groups .it is a bit too much just Goth and Steam Punk dressing up day and not the true spirit of Krampuslauf which is a fear of the krampus and his switch of twigs to beat naughty children with.I dread to think what any Austrian would make of this parade of numpties .
