DOUGH: 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour 3/4 tsp instant yeast 1 3/4 cup milk 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbs sugar 2 tbs cooking oil or lard Chicken Siopao Asado Filling: 1 tbs cooking oil 2pieces chicken breast 1/3 cup onion, finely diced 4 garlic cloves, finely minced 2 bayleaves 1/2 tbs sugar (if you want it sweeter) 3-4 tbs oyster sauce (adjust accordingly) 3-4 tbs hoisin sauce (adjust accordingly) 1/2 cup water 2 tbs corn starch, diluted in 1/3 cup of water
