Things about this show that make me emotional part 1. 1. We can all imagine and understand that they had to have been nervous and anxious af 2. I dont think they anticipated us to show up for them. I think they probably hoped for it, but i can hypothesize that they didn't fully believe that, most artists have a sliver fear of irrelevancy and self consciousness, I truly don't think they knew we would actually show up. And you can tell in different moments, that they're processing that in the moment, it was overwhelming and quite profound. This is a classical case of how they built such a foundation as a band and relationship with their fans that it stood the test of time and it proved that despite economical crisis, global mental depression and so much negativity and hate in the world, they brought something different and they could return in any shape, form, state and people will unconditionally show up for them. What a profound thing to witness.

Move over American Idiot… seriously when is The Black Parade going to be a broadway show. Everyone has known a victim of cancer…or even lost a loved one. Many people struggle to cope. That album has touched so many hearts as you can hear from the crowd singing the songs from that album. Umbrella Academy is amazing… We have faith You can make a show that will touch so many hearts!

Well this is interesting to revisit after watching gerard perform in skintight leotards 3 shows in a row. Not that this show wasn't an amazing time for the band, but i'm just so glad that they seem so happy and comfortable onstage these days.
@AllWordsAreDust2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, it's cool to see how they've improved from this show. Not criticising them here, I'm sure it would take time after so much time off to get fully into tour shape.
