Interesting idea Id push for a graveyard and Banish system tho It'll be a way to force players to think and adapt as the match goes on. What if a DM had their party fight animals with stands like Iggy, Pet Shop or Bug Eaten?

I have couple of suggestions: -I think massive upgrades(like Requiem), shouldn't be tied to lv, but they should be given by gm before\after some big events, max lv character should be mastery of ability, that everyone could in theory achieve -Maybe "Act" stands can act like stand type multiclass, that can have abilities borrowed from different types, (like echoes act 1 is lond range, act2 is utility and act3 is power type), versatility at the cost of power -game master should be named fate master, cause Fate is force behind everything in JoJo's universe -Stand-spin multiclass should be able to use spin trough their stands in some capacity, Go beyond is technically spin stand, and Mamezuku could spin his lines(thou I don't if we can call it The spin). Maybe they can only access 1 spin ability through their stand, instead of all of their stand abilities being spin based?

was thinking about a high schooler who is a spin user who uses steel yoyos instead of balls to deal with enemies. so obviously his ranges is gimmped but with the control yoyo strings offer along side the fact since its a yoyo it can be brought back fairly easy.
