Thanks, um short awnser I didn't use anytjing fancy in q1. I don't think citada lure somehow got players super big fish or extra fish. Sometimes you will just have horrible luck man. You could do fine on lake trout with generic lures tbh man

Good luck for the semi final. I had shockingly bad luck in q2 and q3 so will be watching from the sidelines. Also have heard that people were using the new cicada lures in q1 and that’s how they scored so well. So maybe you could go have a play around with them at white moose and if you have good success you could make a video on them.

Merry Christmas. Nice score I am currently sitting in 12th place with 326.5 1 place behind Dave. I got 8 trophies and 2 uniques. But was very frustrated as still had another 4 trophies available with 20 minutes to go but none of them would come out. Did have 2 miss though. So will be a very nervous wait to see if I make it in or not.

yeah i miss the fish pulling the boat, i remember catching a 303lb Uni Nile Perch and my net wasnt big enough to keep it, i dont think i would have been able to get it in if it hadnt worn its self out pulling my boat same a the trophy Tarpon that got on my 18 and ahalf Big Alli, that thing drug my boat Draco from the boat dock to the other end of the lake and got hung in the barrier next to the red bouy's, now if i dont manuever my trolling motor while mantaing my rod/reel with a fish on it, my equipment would be lost

Once you get a feel for this map, would you be willing to share some rod/reel setups you’ve found to be useful? I try to keep my set ups appropriate when not fishing in comps (no need to reel shred if not trying to maximize catches per hours) I can’t seem to find a good spread of set ups to cover all the lure species (I don’t care to bait fish as much). Open to any suggestions on how to fill out a load out to cover most of the lure species (this goes for fellow viewers as well, share away please!)

Hello Road. Something is really strange with this comp/FP. I got almost exactly the same fish in order at your spot 1 and 2. Almost like it was programmed. Spot 1 Trophy Tarp, Uni+Trophy permit. Spot 2 nothing. I went over to Mugo and got nothing much, then barage and got the same as you. Funny, I had a uni on at the barge and my uni was traded in for a snag of old line (what was that?). It was like I was in your vidio. I was using Yellow buzz with x cray but other then that, same results. Last 15 min did manage to get 2 uni. Not sure about their RNG or are we programmed when we enter. Thanks, Dtale

keefe caught a Uni Nace nice one, i havnt played the new map, im still not sure i want it or not since i found out on the Ocean map that after ya reach 83 then you can by starter equipment for that water way with baitcoins, i wasnt happy sadly

Road, tried the Topper and got fish but only 1 small trophy. Did notice with the Club topper #4/0 is it does not splash like the normal toppers. It caught some fish but it was not close to the topper action. Looked like a walker that you did a straight retrieve. Anyway, gl next comp.

Road, I was wondering if you ever got an Arapaima over 200lbs using the topper. I tried with a crank bait and I got fish but the largest was a small trophy. I, like yourself, would rather cast then float but size was not there. Thanks for the video.

Hi top 5 bass was tough today. I just managed to get 20 with 3 over 4lb which got me 20th place but definitely was not easy. Oh and I just sent you some carp marks for cave lake but the opposite side to what you fish.
