Don't quit quitting. It finally sticks one day. I smoked from 12-42 and havent had one in 4 years. I didn't quit cold turkey though. I used nicotine pouches to step down. The hardest part is getting over the feeling of the inhale, so instead I just breathe deep. I also go for a walk when I get overwhelmed. I promise you, that you start to feel much healthier and vibrant. Make a goal, that when you quit smoking, you'll save up money. Then you'll be able to afford another kitten and whatever else you need. It's hard for me to believe that anyone can afford to smoke these days. When I was a kid, they were 1.50 a pack.

You seem like a very nice person. I just want to say, whatever you are going through any difficulties or issues, just know that everything will be alright. You're precious, you're wanted and you're amazing. This isn't just for some superficial motivation, i just wrote down what my heart wanted to say. Love ya ❤
