I just found the Sharing Dance program. I have osteoarthritis in both knees & I can do the seated version. I was in ballet when I was a much younger child, so thanks for helping me dance again!

Il existe une très belle harmonie entre elles et cela se voit. La chorégraphie s’en ressent immédiatement au niveau de la synchronisation. On a donc là le secret de cette chorégraphie où tout compte. ❤❤❤❤

How can I connect with you? I am a dance educator in the United States who is leading dance and movement groups in Massachusetts. Do you have a training program for dance educators that are not a part of the Canada National Ballet? Also I'd love to initiate and be part of a research study, which I think you have done!
