Gurrrrrlllll! Nailed it on the head. I was originally drawn to group 2, but then got pulled into three. I'm helping a coworker who filed a sexual harassment complaint against our supervisor. It has been incredibly stressful and draining. People's jobs are at risk. I need HR to take it more seriously though. I was drawn to read the comments and those who chose group 2 kept talking about new job opportunities. So it's heavy now, but there's a light at the end. Thanks girl (and the other commentors)! I needed that confirmation.
