How many times should we chant . Please guide

Hi there. Great question, but alas not an easy answer. I was always encouraged to 'chant to your heart's content'. It's different for anyone, so let's use the analogy of an elite athlete. They train consistently and often, and the more they train the fitter they get. If I may give advice based on my own experience, try chanting just a few mins in the morning and the same amount in the evening. Then a little bit more once you've gotten into a routine. You'll soon feel the benefit 🙏

I'm sick, with a very high fever and I am not able to do more than 15 minutes of daimoku in the morning + gongyo and 15 mins of daimoku + gongyo in the evening... Thank you for this video
I have been sitting at my mother's bedside in hospice for 7 days. I am playing this slow daimoku for her. Thank you so much.

I agree. So many people still think it's a weakness to show one's emotions in this way. It's actually the opposite. Thank you for your support. I wish you well 👍

Thank you Nigel. A friend suggested this gosho for me since I have been unwell & waiting for an operation. The fear came up big time, sleepless nights & negativity. This gosho & your video have given me the courage to chant with a fighting spirit & to believe totally I will win. NMRK

Thank you. That Gosho is definitely one that's inspired me too - I'm so happy it's done the same for you. Please take care of yourself 🙏
