Maybe I missed it, but setting the fork triple clamp bolts (14 ft/lbs?) and the center bolt to specs is SUPER important to the handling, safety and operation of any motorcycle. I can't stress this enough.

Great upgrade Free! I like the way it looks better too. I agree with you on the original engineering. That intake setup for sure was choking off the engine. That was the weirdest intake I have ever seen, and I used to work at Buell….

smugglers trunk would have looked a lot better than a stick up backrest designed for a cruiser. The best upgrade to any bike would either be a denali soundbomb or led headlights

Smugglers Trunk? Why would I want to loose the passenger seat? The whole reason I got the back rest is because wifey rides. Plus they make no sense when I have all that space in the side bags a tiny storage compartment is pointless.

@Legendary-Ant Pipes and intake help the most. Wrap will give a bit more. Also complete my de-smog and ground fix videos, helps a lot too.

This is perect for my workbench build to raise and lower my drop saw and table saw. Nice flat base to sit the board. Just need to modify it to be 12v electric lifter.

Looking good sound better I've had several guys ask me about my bags I've sent them to your channel so hopefully you getting some new subscribers I do have the aftermarket stretched road glide ones the big ones on my VTX so it makes it look pretty tight but I told them to go to free free he'll show you where to get the brackets and how the setup is

@collieralbert278 i got them on ebay. There are many variations such as integrated turn signals etc. I just got the halo set with headlight and passing lights included. The brackets came from Engineered Adapters.

Are the soles stitched to the uppers? If not, if they’re simply “welded“ I can’t use them for a motorcycle. A welded soul comes right off in a tumble the remainder of the boot slides up your calf and your feet are gone. Not in every crash, but in a significant high speed tumble this easily happens. Which is it?

For the ground fix, after you clean it all up and put it together, why don't you spray some plasti dip or some sort of sealant over the bolts to prevent more corrosion and buildup?

@@Toutvids the best thing for the ground wire is to have metal on metal so the ground is solid. Plasti dip would do the same thing the powder coat was doing.

@@eddieware5225 while it did help a bit of fuel, it mainly makes it ride smoother and not foul out the plugs so quickly. What's killing my mileage is my dual port hyper charger.

@obasekou once i put the second screwdriver next to it to steady it, maybe 3 minutes. Its aluminum so a steel file cuts thru pretty well.
