AC isnt a privilege maam u dont need A/C in Nairobi the weather is always good .ALSO most houses in kenya are made from cooling material. Stone and concrete buildings stay cool when warm unlike America cardboard buildings lol

The cows and goats eat grass grubs This is same as in America. The difference is the animals are not overweight from eating grains and other animal protein. Also there are many individual families selling their animals. In America, a few wealthy, powerful corporations control the majority of the meat we eat. America has inspectors for food borne illnesses. However, Americans do come with food borne illnesses. Those people obviously have stronger microbiome system than Americans. They certainly not have heart disease, diabetes, obesity, or some the other Western diseases.

Interesting. My neighborhood, Thika, and one of the best schools we have in Kenya. There is 100% chance that among those students you had a talk with, one will be a senior person in Government - President, Minister, Judge, Senator, or Member of Parliament. The best Kenyan President, Mwai Kibaki, attended the school. Tom Mboya, famed for the Kenya Airlift Program also attended the school. The Kenya Airlift program is what prepared Nobel Laureate, Wangari Maathai and inspired Obama Senior.

The Coast may work for you well because same-sex relationships are common. Other places may not be as receptive if there is public display of affection. Outside Nairobi will even be more complicated. You risk persecution in some towns.

Isn't Al Shabaab blowing stuff all over Kenya lately? I once spent a lot of time in Kenya and I loved it. Nairobi, Mombasa Beach, Lokichoggio. I know much of the country fairly well, but things have changed a lot in the past several years. Lamu and the northern border area is dangerous.
