👌Beautiful. I really appreciate the simplicity of just one guitar and three beautiful harmonic voices. Wonder how they recorded this outside? Where are the microphones?

Hey just sharing a story here, went to Iceland a Year ago and went around the whole island alone on a Van. This music playing on the background while driving through mountains and valleys on the sunsets and starry nights completely changed my life. Regards

“But we can't be lovers 'cause I'm still afraid Of leaving the things I love dearly” “But I can't be married, you'll take me away From everything that I love dearly And we can't be lovers You'll take me away from my home” The lyrics, for me, feel like not being able to be with someone because your family/community wouldn’t accept the relationship, resulting in being ostracized/isolated from the world you know and want to belong to. A very familiar sentiment for queer listeners.

Several years ago I was a beach bum out in California. I used to sing this song and I dedicated it to my first love, whom I didn't speak to anymore. I forgot all about it as one does with even the best song. Five years later, I'm driving down the road with my first love as we'd reconnected. This song comes on my auto play and I got SUCH chills. Wefound each other again, in the long run 🥹❤️
