Hi Sheila, I measured my metal crochet hooks with a digital caliper - same result as yours. The 9 mm hook is only 7.78 mm and 8 to 10 mm hooks are all about the same size. That's really annoying. The only one I found with 9 mms is the cheapest I've ever bought, but it is made of plastic and doesn't work very well. Warmest regards, Manuela❤❤❤

Hi Sheila ,just joined your company. You are a lovely knitter very neat and tidy stitches just beautiful. I don't have the patience to follow pattern to be honest I have trouble following the pattern and don't know how to do some of the fancy stitches. My mother used to crochet a lot when we were children. Her work was just so delicate, the thread was so thin and the speed of which she crocheted was so fast .I do crochet it's easier for me I make my own patterns that's why I love crochet.
