hello! James Foster, I am a fan of your masters swimming in Korea. I have so much respect for you and carson foster. But I have a question about swimming for athletes who have reached such a high level as you. I don't want to bother you, and it's such an empty question that you might not find it worth answering, but I'd like to ask. In freestyle, what do you think is the relative contribution of propulsion from kicks and strokes? I'm not asking whether you can choose between the kick and the stroke, which is more important!
