Finally got answers to my question that has been bothering me. I have quite a number of the same batteries and people have been telling me it's not good for a battery pack but now I know better. So my question to you is, how many batteries do I need for 72 volts 80 ah battery pack for my motorcycle. My motorcycle is 2000 watts motor. But need to go long distance. Need help.
@striesDIY7 күн бұрын
@@andrewthuku2638 for a motorbike motor battery pack 72V 80 Ah you will need 72/3.6 =20 cells in series and 80/3.4 =23.529, say 24 cells in parallel. You can go with a 20S24P NCR18650 battery pack with a suitable BMS that can balance cells, overcharge/discharge, over temperature and short circuit protection.
@striesDIY7 күн бұрын
@@andrewthuku2638 not that good in terms of capacity retention overtime. Cycles when DoD <= 80% original capacity is 200 times, as compared to other popular 18650s like Molicel P26A, which has a capacity retention of > 500 cycles

Which Power Adopter Would Be The Best To Fast Charge The Power Bank??? I Tried So Many Fast Charging Power Adopters But It Took 4-5 minutes to Increase 1% of Charge on Power Bank. So, please suggest me the best Power Adopter to Charge Fast...😢🤦♂️🙏
@striesDIY12 күн бұрын
You have to look for chargers that support PD 2.0, 3.0 protocol for fast charging and voltage switching. A regular 5V 2A power supply will take 10 hours to fully charge, but a PD 3.0 with 45W will only take 3 hours lesser to charge :)

Even though the laptop battery is 5200mAh, why can a 30000mAh power bank only charge it once? Isn't that quite strange?
@striesDIY6 ай бұрын
@@cendlam Interesting question, yes you are right about the lower capacity but it has a higher nominal voltage of 15.36V, thus it has a high energy of 75 Wh. People do sometimes get confused with mAh and mWh. mAh is the amount of current a battery can provide in 1 hour. mWh is the energy a battery can provide in 1 hour. Energy that goes out to the power bank is the same as the energy that goes in to the laptop, taking away losses in conversion. The power bank nominal capacity is 30000 mAh, but it has a lower voltage of only 3.7V, thus its capacity in Watt hours is 111 Wh. Take 111 and divide by 75 you will get around 1.48 times of charging.

hi that's a nice video, I wanted to ask you, as I bought what seems to be a similar motor to the one in the video but mine is 12v 100w supposedly from the listing, but when I connect it to a power supply it starts and then it shuts down on its own a few seconds after.... this tells me it works... but I don't know how to make it work as I already tried with a Constant Voltage 12v 150w supply and a 12v cordless drill battery and it still happens
@striesDIY3 ай бұрын
It’s not the power supply that is fault but probably the connection scheme of the motor. Most motors have an enable pin to turn on the motor. Usually there would be the instructions on how to operate the motor on the website, go figure 😊

what a review 🎉 Did you tired Baseus Amblight 65w 30,000mAh? Do you recommend Basues Amblight 65w or Usams 65w?
@striesDIY3 ай бұрын
Baseus Amblight is made of plastic case, whereas the USAMS 65W 30000 mAh is made of aluminium alloy casing, which is more durable. On the other hand, if you prefer to charge many devices simultaneously, the Amblight would be a better option as it has more output ports than the USAMS

not a great idea to put tinned wires into screw block (power input, heated bed and hot end). Best to crimp ferrules on to them. Using just tinned wires, they will with time become loose and you risk shorting the motherboard

Format your sd card, download the firmware for ender 3 pro and transfer it to your micro sd. Name the file as firmware.bin and eject your card. Put the card into the motherboard’s slot and turn on your printer. That should work out

Nice review, thanks for that. But the nominal capacity of 111 Wh may not be the real capacity. To measure so, without the losses of charging a device with the power bank, you should measure the charging of the power bank from ~0% to 100%
