Good dungeon synth album from Morke Og Lys, tied together with a fascinating concept - each track has the botanical name of a poisonous plant. Danger to all, but the shaman is not afraid. Let us hope that singer and composer Hildr Valkyrie, aka Angela Kelly Antoniou, did not try them all as inspiration for the album. If she did, she might not be around to tell the tale, microdosing or not. While this theme ties the album together, giving a worthwhile coherence, this togetherness does act as a leash, preventing the album from becoming more diverse. I feel that greater diversity will the ideal next step for this act to evolve into the next album.
