It would be very helpful if when describing each resort your also add if the resort has wheelchair accessible rooms and wheelchair access to beaches like mats that wheelchairs can wheel over the sand on 👍🥰

There is an extensive expat community in many beach towns in the DR (Punta Cana, Las Terrenas, Puerto Plata etc.) - Yes, talking to lawyers and tax professional can be arranged and is encouraged.
