I wouldn't necessarily say brilliant but I would consider him a smart guy when it comes to most things with the exception of politics. When it comes to politics he's waaaayyyy out in left field😅

The younger generation has it the worst. Lifetime renters unless they are gifted a home by parents. Job market that will be very limited due to all the migrants. It doesn't look good.

@@censoredeveryday3320 Yeah the oppressors are doing their best to keep them busy struggling to survive and occupied with sports, festivals and social media so they don’t engage and force change. They do have access to knowledge tho so hopefully they are “woke” enough to see the truth.

@@censoredeveryday3320 migrants should be managed correctly and treated as an invaluable resource. If you look at it differently the country needs their manpower. Again, the borders need to be protected and managed properly for this to work. Currently both political parties are using it to keep us divided and doing nothing to fix the problem.

@@leahschindler438 The migrants are just going to drive down wages even more to the point that most locals can't work those jobs and make a living. On top of that, inflation is just going to get worse as the world stops trading in US dollars. The gov shouldn't have let all the migrants in, but it's too late now. Most of them will likely get work permits and even vote in the next election.

Not only that, but trainers are in a position of authority and on duty 24/7, which requires a level of professionalism. They can be blunt, but should not be insulting. In his position, early on, I'd say: Listen, so we don't get off on the wrong foot, let me explain a few things: I don't like it when my trainees assume, especially when it comes to my property. If you want something, always ask first. If you need to use the restroom, we don't do it in my cab, we'll stop somewhere instead. While you're in the truck, and I'm driving--which won't be often--you'll be in the passenger seat paying attention to what I'm doing. While you're driving: I'll be in the passenger seat observing, asking questions, and giving instructions. Instead of listening to music, I want you to call out signage so I'll know if you are paying attention. Above all, never be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand something. I don't care if I have to demonstrate or explain it 1000x in a 1000 different ways...always ask until it makes sense to you. etc. Of course I've never driven a truck--I'm just looking into it--but I have trained many at my old job. When people messed up, and I mean really MESSED UP, I'd ask them privately: Do you understand why this happened? Do you know what you could have done to prevent it, or minimize the damage? Some people would say, 'yeah, you told me to watch this part of the machine but I got distracted doing something else...my fault', so then I'd just tell them 'that just means you don't have enough experience to multitask yet, so just concentrate on getting this down and your understanding of how it works, and if you need to do something else, stop the machine first. Once you get the timing down, you'll be able to do multiple things while the machine is running.' Of course some people just swore they did exactly as I told them, and in that case, I'd ask them to repeat to me the process as I instructed...if they can't do that, I'm pretty sure they didn't follow my instructions. All the years I trained new operators, I never got more money for it, but when I was promoted to supervisor, management decided to create an operating position that included training pay...no one took it lol. Training takes A LOT of patience.
