They’re just asking for documentation that the child really belongs to the parents.. Not that big of a deal

They will stay dingbat there’s a difference between undocumented aliens and documented migrants. Children are being trafficked and may not be with their correct parents

If the parent and child have paperwork proving that's what they are doing in the country all they need to do is submit that paperwork during the enrolling process and will be allowed to attend school for that duration until green card/work visa renewal.

Tribal students go to tribal schools and yes the government should track that. They shouldn't be exempt from documentation.

If you know your history, you would learn that federal government did NOT do a great job with indian boarding schools were physical and sexual abuse occurred to thousands of Native Americans children. You going to track that!!!
