Thanks for your query WAG-11 is 12000HP & WAG10 is for 10000HP by Banaras Locomotive Works(BLW).

WAGC-3 is renamed into WAG-10 WAG-11 is a different locomotive. WAG-10 is built by converting AlCo locos, thats why it has DC Traction motors; while WAG-11 is built by converting EMD locomotives, thats why it has 3ph AC-AC traction motors.
