@YourUnifiedMind I tried supplements, diet, exercise, doctors and therapy. I just cant seem to feel better, healthier and productive. Bodies aching all the time and mind is in a fog. I just dont want to do anything.

fantastic point. I remember a friend talking to my former husband and I before we got divorced. And he said that in his 30+ some year marriage, he his wife had fallen out of love many times, but it was their friendship that kept them together. The choice to honor each other and know that the love would return.

Actually, I have a great friendship with my ex AND his new wife. Breakups don't have to be awful. I find it amusing you think I'm "injecting" myself into my exes life. We have mutual friends, a amicable divorce, and were able to move on with grace.
