Jess stealing her book and annotating was crazy. Imagine a boy you don’t know steals your book and fills it with his thoughts essentially ruing the book. That’s like manifesto, ‘don’t go to school tomorrow” kind of behavior

Ok I would like to say as a person watching as it aired, I had no idea what 80% of the references were but learned about them naturally as I got older despite them being dated. I mean Amy Sherman has a love for 40-70s era stuff. Noam Chomsky, Madeline Albright, the Romanoffs, lots of Hitchcock, all this is often taught in classes on the subject. In a history class I had we watched Ginger Rodgers. Also when they put Gilmore Girls on Netflix it was in top 10 for a minute, over a decade later, which is what spurred the awful reboot. They could never make it again but I doubt audiences will be too turned off by the dated references

I’m sorry to hear you’re having so many panic attacks. This happened to me a few years ago. I know this sounds all really obvious but If you cut out coffee, alcohol, any drugs, fast food and sugar. Made sure your environment was clean and tidy, consciously ate a lot of fruit and vegetables and half your weights worth of water in ounces daily, went outside every day, moved your body every day and most importantly went to bed at a good time every day (before midnight) for even just TWO WEEKS I PROMISE YOU your mental health would thank you for it. (Speaking from experience). Your personality is 😍😍 and I hate seeing you struggling mentally. also throwing in time to mediate or pray and listen to who or whatever you believe in wouldn’t hurt either!! And if during this time you breakdown EMBRACE IT and FACE IT. Again I’m speaking from experience and I learnt that substances and food and bad sleeping patterns only cover the real problems :/

And if your lovely environment and friends don’t naturally allow you to do this… then go away for two weeks and do it there. And if you liked any of those good habits you could try and keep some 🤷‍♀️
