I see you extended the siding for the boxcars after you spotted the cut of boxcars there. I was going to suggest that, but you beat me too it. That extension allows the three cars to be straight when spotted at the warehouse. Be sure to check the track where you had the derailment. I like the arrangement of the industry sidings. I am looking forward to following your progress.

I have found that 15 MPH maximum works well for my small HO scale switching layout. Our layouts are compressed so our speeds should be also. For your layout I agree that 20 MPH is a good maximum speed.
