So many similar sentiments from us "oldies"! Wish I could invite everyone who still loves 60s and 70s music to my place and party like we did back then ... but my place is too small! 😊

We were 19 years old and listened to Moody Blues almost daily. Hubby requested their music at his Funeral in 2006. I feel the same even now. The last Concert we attended before he passed.

My brother was relegated to the attic, no heat, a bed and a view of Francis Parkman school in JP. Only had bookcases with every copy of national geographic (till 1976 He had a 8 track player and the M/blues, learned to love rock

The song is a little-known classic the lyrics are a plus the video however clearly has no relevance to the story they could have chosen at least farm fields and a barn to go with this

Every Good Boy is in my humble opinion their very best album. These guys also did a lot for today's music. Listen to Ghost, don't tell me that they are not influenced by the magnificient Moodies...

My dad loved the Moody Blues. This was the last song he heard, I played it for him just before he passed in hospital at 68. I think of him every time I hear this beautiful song. Rest in peace, we’ll listen to this together again one day.

Not the greatest use of the camera here but thank God someone had the foresight to film this. Buy the way is Ray Thomas sporting a pair of acid washed jeans 15-20 years before they were invented?

Followed them since 66,had all LP's but they got damaged in a flood. Now have been trying to see if their records were ever available on CD's but no luck so far. There was never another group to match them and the music is still relevant in this century.
