This is one of the best things I have found for maintaining overall fitness. I am 78 and I alternate either a 2 mile walk or this workout one day with a Yoga with Adriene workout the next. This is a perfect combination for me and I actually really look forward to exercising every day. Thanks to Dr Sabgar and all involved!

Walking in a fitness place is not walking. It is a simulation of walking. In real walking the ground is stable and you make a distance. I find walking otherwise terrible.

United Healthcare sent me a link to this in an email. Little do they know that I exercise with Leslie Sansone every day for 30 minutes! 😊 These workouts are excellent for anybody, at any age, but especially for those of us older folks.

I'm sorry but I am used to Leslie Sanson and her Miracle Walk. I wanted to explore something new, but I couldn't feel the vibe. I don't get a connection with you, even though you have a lot of her moves. It is different. I'm sad to say this was my first and last time to give it a trial. It's like drinking water without water if you understand what I mean 😢😢😢. I thought it would be as much fun as with Mrs. Sanson.

Excellent video. Leslie’s workout with a fresh twist. I’m recovering from a bilateral ankle fracture and a sprained ankle on the other side 13 weeks ago so I had to modify some moves but I manage this. Yay.

Hello Sir! I watched this as I have been walking with a group - made up of a LOT of doctors, and others from many walks of life (I am a police officer) for a number of years. The group was going long before I joined. It was founded by Dr. Henry Sadlo, a well-known Louisville, KY cardiologist and a surgeon, Dr. David Nightingale (who just passed away this past April at 92 years if age). Dr. Nightingale was and Dr. Sadlo is very committed to cardiac health - and goo health overall. We have had as few as 4 or 5 walkers, and as many as 15 - 20! Dr. Sadlo would make an interesting interview! Doug Sweeney
