I got them off yahoo auctions but they now on eBay. Just plug and play. R34,s15 and c34 stagea use all the same ones

How did you mount the hood?

So there 2 ways of making the hood hinges work: 1) using your stagea old hinges and r34 hinge. Put them side by-side-by matching both to the side they are used on. Put the stagea hinge on top of the 34 hinge using the forward hole(hole closest to the front of the car)on the hinge to help identify where to drill the second hole on the hinge. After drilling the hole on the 34 hinge, you can see it match up with the body holes, you will need to buy 2 inch spacers to space top the hinge to match to fenders because stagea hinge set up higher then r34 hinges does. 2) on the back on both 34/stagea hinges there a rivet that allows the hinges to swivel, you can drill that rivet off on both hinges and yes the stagea lower off and r34 up haft. Both then together but you will need a compression washer to allow it to swivel without loosening up

If you do GTR conversion only use GTR stuff and if you do GTT conversion only use GTT stuff. They are not compatible with each other if you doing the conversion.

Really debating about selling the RHD S14 for a Nissan Laurel, I have wanted a Laurel for awhile. Have a S13 vert, a RHD JZX90 Mark II, a Mazda CX5 turbo & of course a S14. Awesome car, congrats.

I love my c35 laurel, I’m not a fan of the older laurels and I couldn’t speak on them but the c35 is super nice it’s the closest to a R34,C34 stagea and they use the same parts.

@@leopardcat9 Updates? did you buy one? Just in case you didn't because it sold you can manual swap these with a KA/SR/RB transmission and you can still use Auto ECU since these cars never came in manuals. You you already knew that cool. If not cool.

@@Alex-vz2jz funny story, in the process of selling my RHD S14 it was stolen at a shop & recovered the following day. Insurance totaled the RHD S14 but at least I had my RHD S14 insured for $23k, should be getting my money any day now. Just spoke with insurance today about how I want to get the money to me. That particular Nissan Laurel is sold already as I did not want to have the dealer waiting on me while waiting for the insurance to go thru

I actually just put a deposit down on a Stagea that'll hit US shores in July and found your channel while looking for videos about the R34 front conversion. Your vids have been very helpful. Nice video. I’m hoping to get one of these as Skylines are so expensive. How much is the full conversion with a respray likely to cost? Also would it be possible to fit aftermarket bumpers such as a Veilside instead of the R34 replica? Really love these cars and it’s what’s motivating me in not so easy times. Any information would be appreciated
