Good Luck! Sometimes it‘s against everything and everybody. Just take care of yourself and listen to your body, running with a cold is not so healthy 😅 But, well done 😊

Can I say something? You got a beautiful place for running. I am from India and here we have so much population that a wider road even feels like a narrow street that too filled with people and cars and bikes going wrong way it is so frustrating. I like you have a side path where you can run. I love running so I go out at 4:30 in the morning, that is when the roads are empty and I can run as long as I want till may be 7:00 when the school busses start to jam the roads lol. Have fun running and I hope you recover soon from injury.

I can relate. I have been injured for over two months now, and will most probably miss the Berlin Marathon. And the other problem is that I cannot get health care on time as the system has fallen to pieces over here. All the best going forwards.

Thanks. It's sad to hear about your system over there. I leave it all up to God. Won't visit the doctor as long as I can walk properly. It's not very serious, but I simply can't run pain free so I wait till the tissue recovers.

Thank you for this. A progressional run too. Extremely influential and inspirational. Love your “no matter where you are with your running, you can still enjoy your marathons” attitude. That totally resonates. There is a mystique that surrounds marathon running. It takes us to another level. Keep the videos coming. Great stuff.

Yes, actually half a number smaller is ok, but for most people it should be the same size as in the adios pro 3

Hi, found your channel because of texts on your race shirt yesterday : ). Hope you enjoyed running marathon in Mikkeli. Just wanted to thank you for pacing, because it was a lot of help on my half marathon. Running events outside the capital area in Finland are quite small and it is not obvious that there is someone else running the same speed. I hope that the second half of your marathon went well!

I finished 4th in the women series 😀, time 1:37:21 was a nice surprise, because had no expectations and the course is not an easy one. Was able to pass the young lady during the last kilometer. She was running far ahead, but was slowing down. I was 1st on my age group, though mainly competing against myself. Just starting to grill some food, our grown up son just arrived.

I only run Altra, the complete lack of running related injuries makes never to look back to other brands. I think its the zero drop that suits my running style best, I dont really need the wide toebox.

Thanks for the video, that's interesting. The same lens was sold as a Sun lens, I have one in Nikon fit. It's a sharp lens, and seems quite rare. Actually you got the zoom and focus rings mixed up., probably distracted by your daughter ...

Well said Raphael. The large majority of my 42 competitive marathons have been negative splits and produced good times and consistency. Aiming at raining runs that encourage a strong finish (ie progressive training runs, or fast finishes after a long run, very tough, but extremely beneficial) are worth there weight in gold. I agree, but having said that, my recent marathon was not a negative split, but I still got a PB and finished first. I was happy with my time, it motivates me to do better in my next one.

A negative split is the guarantee for satisfaction for anyone, but humble normal folks are also happy with any outcome as long as they finish.

I like these old watches. Just bought a mint condition f3 hr sapphire for 30€. After a quick cleaning looks new. Also have a quatix 3, that was €100 4 years ago. Even rhe battery is very good after many years.

Practically identical set-up to the Nike Chicago store, with three floors, except they had mostly empty shelves and bare walls. I was totally disappointed! Running shoes? It was hard to spot any, and none of their top shoes, unreal. I am not sure what is Nike's merchandising strategy.

I know. But I am a Marathoner , we had plenty of time and on the way to the airport we could take nice photos and visit the parc Phoenix so thanks , but I just took the tram from Nice center to Radisson Hotel..... that's why I call it travel on a budget... it's a challenge to see how little I can spend to see another country.

Absolutely agree. I won't run London cos the Majors are now too expensive for me, anyway I try not to visit the same place multiple times cos I rather keep on collecting and visiting new countries.
