Why no sound for the first 15 or so minutes?

Technical Troubles. Someone had messed with the sound and levels if you listens there is distortion and I have to come in and reset the system before next meeting to clean it up. Your right! When they sit back in the chairs and to move the mic forward closer to them it does not sound good. Nothing I can do about. They have been told to move closer every week. I don't know why.

There used to be a Freedom to Farm Act in Michigan. Of course, I am sure lot sizes are taken into consideration, but, I have known people to have sued their local government under that Act and won the right to keep their chickens.
