Do the supine abdomen with 75kV, but do all erect and lateral decubitus with 100-110kV. This will reduce the dose but also highlight the gas in the bowel and outside of it. None of the images shown demonstrated any collimation, so does that mean every man gets an unnecessary primary beam dose to the gonads. Centring point radiography should have been phased out 50 years ago and replaced with collimation based positioning as shown in my Lowest dose spinal series beginning with this one kzbin.info/www/bejne/aoiUmGOLi7R6p5Isi=7QeYhaHzSKE0g3yl. I presented papers at Australian national conferences in 1988 and 2016 about the strange situation where 75% of qualified radiographers misunderstood what happened when the xray tube is angled. kzbin.info/www/bejne/o4uzdZKdgdhoetksi=egXlU5yFID76b5_A
