Our Hp 7740 printer worked perfectly, using generic ink cartridges, for many years until Hp updated the machine software. After update, our printer rejects the generic ink cartridges and will only work with genuine ink cartridges. How do we fix this problem?

I cleaned printer headwith water and syringe, but only white pages coming out after cleaning. Is the printer head damaged due to water? The blue top of the connection cable to the printer head is broken during refitting, but somehow managed to put the connection cable in without the blue top. Which of these two is causing the problem? Please help

Thank you for the great tutorial video! Unfortunately, your solution didn't work for me exactly as shown, but it was still very helpful. I managed to fix the issue by soldering the contacts on the back together as you demonstrated. Alternatively, you can bridge them with wire and tape. Works fine for me now! Best regards!

Quite an ingenious design choice to put the back antenna things, which are probably for high-band on the lower side of the router considering many of these routers sit behind windows. Depending on the window and window frame, this can improve the signal.
