big problem is windows 10 is now dead so no more support at all even for security updates so best soloution buy new computer with windows 11 factory installed

The something appends with linux zorin 17.2 and mint 22.04 after upgranding for the last versions. I will try the some solution to see if it works on taht sistem. thanks for your help.

Had exactly the same problem - thanks to this video, I took the battery out and re-inserted it about 3 times and voila it came back to life. Probably just some contact issue.
