I've never liked Ernie Ball strings and now I'm wondering if that's because I've never had real ones lol. Every set I've ever had wore out super fast, and now I'm thinking that might be because they weren't real.

If you bought them from a Music Store most likely they were real. If it was online from a non music store chances are they may have been fake. Many times the fake ones are rusted out of the packaging.

They do. But it's hard to catch all the people that do this.

@@volume11music5 I find it difficult to believe, that there are several companies out there with factories that make the packaging and possibly even the strings, and the real mfg's can't find them?

Strongly believe these are the best value SG style guitars on the market. Like the Epiphone G400 used to be, but sounds better than the G400 ever did.
